At EMPIRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
